Well, read a little bit about them anyway…. We have loosely defined roles, but as a small team, we all chip in wherver needed.
In addition to our in-house team, we sub-contract to industry experts and session-workers/musicians where required. It’s the 21st century, using experts when we need them rather than employing tonnes of people saves costs and allows us to pay our artists more.
Tom
Founder & CEO
Started making music in the 90s, qualified as a Sound Engineer, produced albums, then took a hiatus to grow up and came back in 2025 to make his mark on the music industry.
Mike
Studio Technician
Yes, we shit you not – the guy who handles the mic’s, is called Mike. Started as a runner in studios and learnt on the job, has worked on hundreds of releases over 25 years.
Max
A&R, Marketing
Life-long music lover, worked with BB-King, Morcheeba, Turin Brakes and others. The friendly one who deals with artists, marketing, socials. As well as years of experience, Max is a recent graduate of the UK School of Music Business, so has up-to-date industry knowledge.

Legal
An Oxford law graduate, she works with industry expert solicitors to draw up our artist contracts.
